Haldimand Minor Hockey

   The U11B River Kings entered the Doug Robinson tournament this past weekend (Jan 30th-Feb 1st) in West Niagara and came home Tournament Champions!!!

The Haldimand U21A travelled to Mooretown, Ontario this past weekend (Jan 8th-11th) with hopes of capturing a second International Silver Stick win in the last 4 years. Going 1-1-1 through the round robin with help from the U18 AP's and guys stepping up for players' commitments to College and University Thursday and Friday, they secured a berth to Saturday's semi-final. 

For this coming 2026-2027 season, we are currently planning on the following locations for most home games. There will be opportunities to practice in the home arena and in other arenas as well. This is contingent on the ice we are allocated and therefore could change once the ice contracts are set over the summer. The U16A team travelled to Buffalo over the holidays to take on our cross boarder competition. The team battled hard and represented the red maple leaf well. The U16's defeated teams from Pennsylvania, Carolina and Tennessee, finishing the tournament 4-0 and walking away with the championship trophy! Congratulations to all the players and coaches on a great tournament!

The following applies to all Haldimand arenas: 1. Access to dressing rooms is available 30 minutes prior to the start of the teams’ ice time, and the room must be vacated within 30 minutes of leaving the ice surface. 2. Teams should not be congregating in the hallways early, blocking the hallway and access to other teams. 3. DO NOT open dressing room doors if they are still occupied, and do not knock on the doors ahead of time asking occupants to “hurry” so they can gain early access. 4.
